Bike Peddler Take A Look Cycling Mirror Review

Last Updated on July 2, 2021 by FAB Jim The Cyclist

Looking for a great bike mirror for added safety?  This one is a really great choice.  I’ve had my Bike Peddler cycling mirror for a few years now and it was a great buy.  I can keep an eye on cars coming up from behind me without having to turn around, which keeps me looking forward.  Nobody ever passes me, but you could also use it to watch for bikes that want to pass on the trail.  Check it out, I have it on my glasses:

It’s very adjustable so you can change it with your riding position.  Since it’s on my glasses I only need one mirror for all my bikes.  I just adjust it a little depending on my riding position for certain bikes.  It can also be attached to your helmet.

Durable stainless steel and brass construction with acrylic mirror and a lifetime guarantee.

I have some tape holding mine on, which isn’t completely necessary, but recommended by me.  My first mirror was lost when I was looking down at something on my bike and bumped it on something when I put my head up.  It fell off, and since I was riding at ludicrous speed, it was impossible for me to figure out exactly where I was when it dropped to the ground.  I think the dumb grass gnomes probably took it.  I’ve had no issues since I wrap some tape around the new one.

We give this items a FAB rating of 5 gnomes.

  1. Cool idea. We could not ride comfortably without our mirror. I am always checking to see what is coming up behind me and to be sure mu cycling partner is safe. Our mirrors are handlebar mounted, but we only have one bike, so that is OK. Cheers.

    1. I have one bike with a cool handlebar mirror. A real great, safe option. They don’t work too well on drop bars and I didn’t want to buy one for every bike I have so that’s why I moved to the Bike Peddler mirror. Glad you are keeping it safe out there!
