Pump works well for the price. It’s a nice affordable option if you prefer to use a separate PSI gauge.
Rating
Both pumps work well, I would recommend the 320043 for bikes as it has a PSI gauge. I prefer to have a gauge on the pump to speed things up for bikes. It also has a bigger base and slightly bigger handle. Both are solidly constructed and have a frugal price. Great for those on a budget. Get yours on Amazon today.
Update: the pump with a gauge has a strange leak. Air is coming out of the gauge. I can no longer recommend this product. The pump without a gauge is still working.

At only 17 inches tall, does it move air on both up and down strokes, or take forever to fill a tire?

Do you test accuracy of psi gauge? Double check it with a seperate gauge of assumed accuracy?
