This is a super useful tool from Park Tool. I have a lot of allen wrench tools, but this is always the first one I grab. It comes with a great selection of sizes that will always meet your needs for a bike. Plus, it is blue making it easy to spot in the toolbox. My old steel one was fine, but my metric and standard ones look almost exactly the same. Now it’s quick and easy to grab the right tool the first time.

Features
1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, and 6mm sizes, no need to guess what size to grab
Folds to make it small for carry
Composite handle is easy to spot, lightweight, slip-resistant, and 40% stronger than steel
Handle allows you to use a lot of torque similar to a t-handle
Wrenches are industrial tool steel, hardened and tempered for long life
Chamfered tips for fit (no clue what chamfered means, but it must be good)
Made in USA
This is a nice made in USA tool that is perfect for the bike mechanic and it’s a good price. Treat yourself to this great tool and give some support to Park Tool who has provided tons of info to help us fix our own bikes. Get yours on Amazon:
Chamfered means the corners are relieved, so you can use it when it is not perfectly aligned with the bolt head.
Thanks.
“Chamfered” means the ends are tapered slightly so the wrench will slip into place more easily. If you look closely you can see an angled cut at the end of each wrench. If chamfering is not done properly and extends too far up the shaft (or isn’t sharply demarcated), they will tend to slip and wreck the screw heads.
Interesting! Not sure how I’ve gone so long without hearing the term before.
I’m going to try this tool with my Huffy bike Do you think it will work?
If you need it for hex head bolts it should.
